Where We Ship We currently ship within Canada only. Because our fragrances are alcohol-based, cross-border shipping restrictions prevent us from shipping to the United States or internationally at this time.
Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over $40 CAD within Canada. Orders below this threshold are charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
Delivery Times Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delays While we do our best to meet these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather. Maison Sillage Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been dispatched.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days at . We'll do our best to assist, but we are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
