Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over $60 CAD within Canada and the USA. Orders below this threshold will be charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) Orders within Canada are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout.

USA Shipping Orders to the United States are delivered within 5–10 business days after processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders are delivered within 7–21 business days depending on destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon arrival.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delays While we do our best to meet these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs clearance. Maison Sillage Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been dispatched.
