Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on where to send your item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another item. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
