Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Every decant is poured to order from a sealed bottle, so we can't accept returns or exchanges on fragrances.

Damaged, leaking or incorrect orders
If anything arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, email a photo and your order number to maison.sillage.co@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it free, or refund you if a replacement isn't possible.

Lost packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, contact us and we'll work with Canada Post to resolve it.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable
- Opened or used fragrances (unless damaged, leaking or incorrect)
- Gift cards
